It tells two original storylines set in Stardust Crusaders. The story in this book recounts events that are completely unknown in the manga that take place in the course of the adventures of Jotaro Kujo and his comrades. Their march to the lair of DIO is interrupted by three powerful Stand users. The first chapter is titled "One-Way Trip from the Desert to Hell City" (砂漠発地獄ヘルシティ行 Sabaku-hatsu Herushiti-gyō) and the second is titled "The Gravestone of Red-Hot Sand" (熱き砂の墓標 Atsuki Suna no Bohyō).

Coni (Coniglio) is a shy and introverted girl, without friends, originally from Rome. The story takes place in Venice, after the group betray the Boss. It primarily centers on Fugo and his encounters with three new stand users. A series of mass killings have been occurring, and Fugo can be seen at each crime scene - as they are apparently a result of his stand Purple Haze going berserk.
